Release then Appreciate
This is from my home page - it pretty much sums up the two steps - more importantly the difference between gratitude and Appreciation 😉 Releasing is so important, so many of us are living with low-grade anger and depression, we need to release this so that we can feel our pleasure. 💖
Once you release then you're ready to start with Appreciation.
It's so much more powerful than gratitude
When we are grateful the feeling behind it is usually one of overcoming something or even sometimes the feeling we’re not deserving of it.
There’s a slight, but very noticeable trace of angst to it all.
When we choose appreciation we are totally in a space of celebration and joy. 💖
